Vast park with so much to offer. We stumbled on a yoga class with probably 100 participants. Excellent bike trail. Great for walking. Beautiful monuments and statues.

A wonderful park, with lots of different areas and small woods to explore. Fewer people than in Central Park and a farmers' market at the entrance make it a good alternative for a Saturday morning.

Having seen lots of Central Park, I decided to venture to Prospect Park. I was glad I did. The park had a very local living feel about it with families all around. The park also had lots to see from the Botanic Gardens to the Lefferts Historic House. Ended up lost in the trees and was on limited time-frame to see everything will definitely return.

A great place to come and stroll, sit, relax and picnic. We got the subway down from Williamsburg which took about 30 minutes.
