One needs to allow time to view and visit this excellent Botanical Garden - the different aspects are well laid out with ample wheel chair access. One is spoilt for choice as to where to spend the time. We were fortunate to visit whilst the Cherry Blossom trees were just flowering, having been informed by our Hotelier (thank you Mark for your local knowledge), as he had been there the previous week, prior to the blossom blooming . The scent from the flowering cherry blossom is outstanding and can be appreciated from all around the area. The Tropical glasshouse exhibits fine unusual plants with a special collection of Bonsai Trees with full detail history of each tree. After walking around the garden spending time to appreciate all the plants and flowers, with a fantastic Tulip display of all varieties - one will appreciate a nice sit down in the caffeteria with a good tea and coffee selection.
