“Nice views”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

The best part about the bridge is the exercise you get walking over it. Spring and fall are the best seasons to walk it. A cool summer day is also nice. Winter it's cold and windy on the bridge. Not fun at all.
The biggest negative is when it's crowded people just stop anywhere blocking the paths

“Beautiful at dusk to see the skyline”
Reviewed March 13, 2013

We got the subway to Brooklyn and walked back across the bridge just as dusk was falling and the city was lighting up. One of the best sights I have seen.

“A Free Adventure that Shouldn't be Missed”
Reviewed March 12, 2013

A long walk beginning across from New York City Hall in Manhattan that is protected from traffic and reveals incredible views of Manhattan, Statue of Liberty in the distance and the surrounding area. Be prepared for a long walk. We stopped for lunch in Brooklyn and took the subway back which made it easier to handle.

“Outstanding views”

Excellent walk on a piece of history with exceptional views along the way. There are historical markers along the way. Highly recommend!

“Amazing Views!”
Reviewed March 11, 2013

Take the subway over to the Brooklyn side of the bridge and walk to the Manhattan side. You won't regret it! The views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty are awesome! The walk isn't too bad either. You'll get some pretty awesome pictures from this bridge.
