No birds to be seen, even though we were told that we should be able to see finches and cardinals... didn't see one bird. However, there were a few people, training their dog teams perhaps?, by having the dogs harnessed and pulling the people on snow skis... Rather interesting.

Lovely place to take a long or short stroll, in town, and free. Also where the migrating birds stop on their flights north and south. Cranes, ducks, swans and more.
