while the cookies are delcious, they are also over priced. the breakfasts are good, but avoid the quiche (which you can barely call a quiche). service is hit or miss, but that is also fairbanks in general.

“Diner Style” Dining with good food, an extensive menu and fair pricing.”
Reviewed September 18, 2012

Date Visited: August 2012

We had excellent service and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. There is a large selection of menu items. Portions are quite generous and our food was very good. Their mozzarella wedges were awesome!! You can tell that most of their appetizers, sauces, dressings, breads, etc. are home made.

This is a very popular spot so be prepared to wait during peak breakfast, lunch and dinner hours.

“Local and Cute!”

We had lunch here two days in a row. The soup and sandwiches were very good. We all had cookies for dessert....yum! Very home town feel, comfy and casual.

“Love this place!”

One of my favorite restaurants in Fairbanks. Their service is awesome, food is always great & I like the atmosphere of this place. The chicken bacon ranch wrap is amazing and I usually get the homemade potato salad as a side! Great place to go for lunch!

“Food Channel recommended--its ok”
Reviewed September 2, 2012

Went for Brunch on Friday morning. It was packed. The quiant eatery had a homey feeling. After 10 mins of wait, we sat down. The service was slow. It took forever, it seemed like, to get our order from the time we sat down.
Tables were so closed together, I felt obtrusive towards my neighbor. I tried the Quiche crabmeat special and my daughter tried the Spinach calzone. My quiche had immatation crabmeat, and bland ---what a dissapointment. However, the beef soup (porridge) was good in itself. That little bowl was good enough for me
