I keep ordering the Alaskan cheesesteak just 'cause I like it so much. There is a prime rib cheesesteak too, but the difference isn't worth the extra cost. Pulled pork sandwiches are good too. I haven't had the ribs yet but at a decent price, I'll have to give those a try one of these days. The onion rings seem to be the real deal -- not too heavy on the batter either. Beer on tap, including Alaskan Amber and White. If you're into sports TV, there are a bunch of those too. The restaurant is in a hotel with a good location near downtown -- a great step up from their former digs. Service was prompt, friendly and unobtrusive with glasses kept filled. Prices are average for this fare in Fairbanks. All told, a very decent stop for lunch or a casual supper.
