First of all, the first night we showed up to try this place it was pitch black & the doors were locked. Now, this was about 6ish on a Saturday evening during the regular posted days/hours of operation & there were no signs saying why they would otherwise be closed, but that's a whole 'nother management issue altogether I suppose. Anyway, a month or so later, when we finally found the doors unlocked we were less than impressed to say the least. We have eaten at numerous Thai establishments across the country over the years and when we visit someplace new we always find ourselves comparing these news places to our first favorites spots we once frequented in the DC area. I can honestly say this was the first and only time we have ever eaten flavorless & bland curries! This was not an issue with enough "heat" or intensity of flavor mind you, our food actually suffered from having no flavor what-so-ever! Service was adequate and they were very friendly to our toddler. The meal was cheap by Fairbanks standards. I can't comment on the quality of other menu items, but based on our meal there If I were making a list of my top Thai restaurants, I wouldn't include this one at all.
