Art Deco theatre, beautifully restored. You can see films (old, new, indie, experimental, doc)
in one of many theaters within the building. The Big Screen (real name) is huge, one of the few
of this size remaining in the States. New films often followed by Q&A with filmmakers. There's a wine and beer bar! And the Coolidge is on a street lined with cafes. Can't do better anywhere. I'm there at least once a week.

a non-profit that shows and sponsors a wide variety of entertainment - something for everyone - Art deco - great place to enjoy movies, book readings, and other kinds of entertainment and also support the community.

“A well upgraded 1930s movie house”

This theater is excellent for its film selection, including first-run, festivals and classics, although check if your movie is in the small screening room or smaller Gold Room. You may need to buy tickets in advance, especially for the smaller screens.

“Great!”

One of the highlights of our trip! It was awesome to be in such a beautiful theater and to see movies which aren't available in every city.
