“Year around fun!”
Reviewed March 26, 2012

Go for the Farmer's Market (May - Oct & 1 in December usually) but stay for whatever group has reserved the bandstand. Or just to people watch. Easy hike to the Columbia River walk.

“Don't Lose Sight of Your Kids”
Reviewed March 25, 2012

As stated before, this park was reclaimed, and has a beautiful family atmosphere during the day now. But the playground is so crowded. Keep your eyes open and on your kids.

“The heart of Vancouver”
Reviewed March 25, 2012

This small but colorful park is a delight as its situated near a fantastic local farmers market and just blocks from the columbia river boardwalk and within a 1/2 mile from Fort Vancouver all connected by walking/bike paths. Its a great launch point or finish point for a beautiful afternoon stroll or bike ride.

“A little city relief”
Reviewed March 25, 2012

The Bell tower, the sculptures, the peace of this block square area is a huge boost to downtown Vancouver, WA. During the warmer months, a vital and colorful farmers market borders the park; and it is home to many concerts, both paid and free.
