Everyone in the area should visit and pay tribute to our local history. I'm sure you'll find it very interesting.

What a great history and what a great place. Feels like you go back in time. Located near Fort Vancouver which is a must see, experience. Lovely place, grounds and people. Great historic significance in an otherwise sleepy place.

You can spend an entire day here. So much to do and see. If you have a bike (or walk), start down by the waterfront, and ride over the land-bridge, visit the historic site which includes a working black smith shop and so much more. Then bike along officer’s row, have lunch at the Grant House or ride back to the water front for good food and great views at Beaches Restaraunt and Bar or McMenamins brew pub.

The Reserve with the Fort and Officer's Row is a hidden treasure. It is a great place to stroll in the spring with all the trees in bloom, have a great lunch at the Grant House, visit the fort and take a hike over the Land Bridge to the Apple Tree and the Columbia River.
