Officers' Row is not available as a hotel, inn or B&B facility. It is for permanent residents on the basis of year-long leases. But it IS a wonderful, picturesque place to live.

“charming and peaceful”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 17, 2007

When I lived in Vancouver this was one of my favorite spots to go, it's not exciting, but it's in a really good place to go for a walk. The speed limit by Officers' Row I believe is 20 mph. There is some parking nearby and not a lot of traffic. The old officer buildings are kind of fun to look at and on the other side of the street is a field where current soldiers will do some training exercises, past the field aways is the water front where you can see Portland across the river. I like it. A friend of my had her bridal shower in one of the old officer buildings and you can take a tour of 2 of the buildings.
