rooms seemed fairly new. Breakfast was just okay. Restaurant inside had great ribs.

i was hesitant to stay after reading all the bad reviews. Looks like they COMPLETELY renovated the rooms. The room had brand new furniture, carpet, the whole 9 yards. The lounge in the lobby is also brand new and is great. The hotel was only 12 miles away from my golf tourney in downtown savannah. All this for only $45 bucks plus tax

Absolutely, positively horrible. Everything in the previous posts are 100% accurate.

Honestly, you are better off sleeping in your car. Save yourself the disgust and pass this one on the highway. The property is dilapidated and filthy. Terrible customer service. Bugs galore, etc... The Health Dept. should really shut this place down.

Let me put it this way, I would rather sleep outside, along a busy road in the dead of winter, with no blanket in the middle of a snow/hail storm!!!!!

The rooms were outdated and not clean at all. Our refrigerator had been unplugged and defrosted but not cleaned out so it was filled with mold. I asked for it to be cleaned so we could use it but that was never done. The bathroom was dirty and there was a silverfish in the tub when we arrived.

The pool water was completely green and the pool was closed. This was disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

The other guests were extremely noisy and you can hear everything through the walls. There were dogs left in several rooms, even though pets are not allowed to be left unattended, and they barked all day and night. Hotel staff did not seem to care about this.

The contintental breakfast consisted of stale cereal and warm orange juice.

The location is convenient, right off the highway and easy to find. But that is about all it has going for it.

Oh my gosh! It is horrible. We only stayed one night, and it was one night too long! We have two young kids and i had to make them sleep on their blankies and cover up with our own towels. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. the mattresses were stained with urine. you could see the stains b/c their were no dust ruffles/bedskirts and the fitted sheet didn't cover the mattress completely. the tub was stained and had burns from cigarettes as well (note, the door said no smoking, we requested no smoking, and yet inside, there was an ashtray and matches to invite smoking, hence the cigarette burns everywhere). The place stunk. We were afraid to use the stairs (but had no other choice) b/c bees swarmed around the staircases that were covered in pollen and bird poop. I took a shower in the morning, but wouldn't let my kids even flush the toilet. I got paper towels and flushed the toitet with them so as to not touch the toilet! It was absolutely the worst place in the world. THe room smelled like a combination of foreign food, dog and cat pee, and cigarette burns. Oh, did i mention no wake up call that we requested. And, the free continental breakfast consisted of stale coffee and off-brand fruit loops and cheerios...HORRible. I believe it woudl have been better to recline the seats and sleep in the car!

Booked based on photos from website. These photos are obviously taken years ago because the property does not look that good. Many areas were run-down. Bathroom exhaust vent hanging by one screw from ceiling, toilet seat held on by a wire. Bedroom was clean however. No towels when arrived and had to ask. Pool was clean but area around pool wasn't groomed and not as pretty as photos. Continental breakfast was poorly furnished. OK since it was cheap but was glad we only spent one night as a stop-over on way home from Florida. Would not stay there again.
