My husband and I loved our stay at PQI! The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is so welcoming and nice it feels just like you're staying with family! The location is just enough away from the loud city market but close enough to easily walk back after a long night. We will definitely be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Presidents Quarters. We stayed in the Clinton Suite and absolutely had a great time. This was the beginning of our honeymoon which than took us to St. Augustine Beach. While at this B & B the staff treated us better than we had ever been treated and my husband has been all over. We took an evening carriage ride the first night we were there. The next day we walked to the shops downtown and rode the big paddle boat. The food was delightful everywhere we ate including the B & B. If it wasn't for Ms. Jane the in-keeper, Ms. Connie (took care of scheduling all reservations) and Ms. April our stay would not have been a success. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Room Tip: Pick a room that over looks courtyard. These rooms have a balcony.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The room was beautiful. The location was central enough to walk to everything, while still being secluded enough to be private. Every afternoon there was wine and cheese (a great time to meet other guests and get ideas for tomorrow). Highly recomended.

We enjoyed our stay at the inn, we were treated like family. The staff is VERY attentive and helpful. It was an excellent location, we did not have to use our vehicle at all. The longest walk to any attraction was 15 minutes.
We can not recommend Presidents Quarters highly enough!!! The rooms were very clean, and the bed was very nice.

My husband and I spent 3 nights in the Roosevelt Suite at this B&B over Labor Day weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to eat it outside in the B&B's very lovely courtyard (underneath the trees with spanish moss and next to the ivy covered brick!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Perhaps the best part about this B&B is it's convenient location right next to Oglethorpe square in the historic district. You can literally walk right out the front door and walk just a few blocks to get wherever you need to go. The B&B also has its own parking lot (However, it is not big enough to accommodate all guests. We were forced to park on the street one evening after leaving the B&B to spend the day at the beach, but metered street parking is free on the weekends (after 5 p.m. on Friday), so it wasn't a big deal.)

My wife and I stayed at the Presidents' Quarters Inn over Labor Day weekend, and we had an amazing time. The staff (especially Marie, Hadi, Jane and April) were incredibly attentive and helpful. We felt very pampered and spoiled. We had treated ourselves to their "Romance Package" that included a bottle of champagne for our room, as well as a horse-drawn carriage ride to dinner one night. It made a wonderful weekend even more magical, and the staff made sure all the details were taken care of for us.

The Inn itself is beautiful and located right in the middle of the Historic District. We were able to walk to pretty much everywhere we wanted to visit. And it was always a treat, at the end of the day, to walk into Oglethorpe Square and know we were "home".

Room Tip: Our room overlooked Oglethorpe Square, which was very nice. It was very green and we enjoyed listeni...

My wife and I recently completed a multiple week tour of the south and the Presidents' Quarters was the first of our stops. We stayed three nights in the Washington Room and absolutely loved our stay. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs from morning to night. From breakfast through the wine and appetizer hour, to turndown service the staff could not have been nicer. I would like to give special recognition to April who got to know us personally and was a true pleasure to talk with.

The Inn is located near the riverfront as well as the historical areas as well as central to many of the shopping areas. Everything was in walking distance and the area around the inn was beautiful.

The inn have several rooms named after presidents. As mentioned earlier, we stayed in the Washington room. It is located on the third (and fourth) floors. It is a two floor suite with a king size bed upstairs. It has a one and half baths and was a very nice room. While my wife and I loved the room, it might not be suitable to anyone who cannot negotiate stairs and you must climb stairs to the bedroom. Other than that, I cannot say anything negative about the room or the inn. Savannah and the Presidents' Quarter Inn is definately a do-over for us.

Room Tip: The Washington Room might not be suitable to anyone who cannot negotiate stairs and you must climb s...
