menus based on local producers so we wondered what a January meal would be like--a 5 star experience! terrific coq au vin with a rich gravy that I was dying to drink out of the bowl! husband swooned over his tender pork chop. a salad of arugula hothouse strawberries, pecan, blue cheese and bits of speck was the best salad I have ever eaten. Expensive but well worth it!!
