We stayed at two of the townhomes from Savannah Villas-Broughton St. Home and Mary O'Connor Home-both were beautiful. We had our close family stay in the homes with us and it was the best idea for our wedding weekend. We were able to use the kitchens to cook dinner each night, and have friends stop by as they arrived in town for the wedding. The homes are equipped with everything you would find in a regular home (minus food) that you would need, dish soap, ironing boards, even laundry detergent. Everyone was extremely impressed by the homes, they are exquisitely decorated and keep with the Southern vintage charm that is Savannah. I would highly recommend any of the Savannah Villas for any reason to stay in Savannah. They feel like home.

What a wonderful way to spend time with our grown children and 5 grandchildren. We loved the home, the location was perfect.

We were attending a family wedding and what a perfect stop.....we all enjoyed Savannah as we could walk to everything......even the wedding if we so choose to but we took bike taxis...what a blast. The food, stores, boutiques, tours, parks and just the southern hospitality was amazing...including Helen and Robbie.................they were so accommodating.

The children loved the patio, great, safe place for them to play and visit Mimi and Papa....we were in the Carriage House in back and could go back and forth from the house to the Carriage House by way of the enclosed patio. It was perfect, the Carriage House was just as lovely. The best part was, we were in a beautiful "mansion" (per our grandchildren) and yet
we were comfortable, relaxed and enjoyed our time, very easy feel at home at 511 Broughton St.

Room Tip: The home was great....all bedrooms were enjoyable.

The Broughton street property was great for our 2 night get away. The location was perfect for walking all of savannah. The house was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Great break from staying in a hotel. Helen could not have been more accommodating, even mailing home some items that were accidentally left in the closet. Hope to return someday.

We had a wonderful weekend in Savannah staying at 511 East Broughton. The house was perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and get ready. The location was perfect for us to walk around and explore downtown. We never had to drive anywhere! The large dining room table proved to be the perfect place for us all to gather and socialize. We had a great weekend and hope to return sometime!

Excellent folks to rent from. Everything was exactly as promised. Home was outstanding and a great location. Easy walk to numerous restaurants, entertainment and easy to get around the area. Dedicated garage parking was great, although like all down town areas, the parking is tight. We had a Dodge Minivan, which was a tight fit. But, with care it's pretty easy to back in. However, a smaller vehicle would make the parking experience a bit easier.

The home is beautiful! Incredible antique furnishing and very nice art works abound. Beds were very comfortable. A/C works flawlessly. Kitchen is amazing. And numerous places nearby deliver. Very nice washer/dryer made it a breeze to leave for our next leg with all clean laundry.

Only minor comment was that the bath/shower in the master bath is showing some age and is a bit difficult for my 85 year old parents to use.. Every other fixture was perfect. The 2nd smaller bath upstairs was perfect.

This property is a spectacular value for any visitor to the Savannah area and is highly recommended!

Room Tip: If you need 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms this property suites your needs.

I recently rented this property to attend an industry conference and could not have been happier with the choice. The house and carriage house were very clean, unbelievably decorated and provided enough room for 6 businessmen to work, sleep and entertain.

The courtyard between the garage and the main house provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the warm Savannah weather in between conference sessions and before/after dinner. Although we did not cook in the house both kitchen's were chef quality.

I would definitely rent this property again for business or pleasure.

This is a very elegant, attractive property and perfectly suited our needs. The layout is very practical—the annex over the garage offered privacy and comfort, and the bedrooms in the main house were spacious. The beds are remarkably comfortable. We discovered a couple of issues with kitchen appliances when we arrived, and before we even reported them Robbie was at the house asking if everything was all right. He rectified the situation immediately. The kitchen is unusually well equipped for a rental—not only with cookware and china and glass, but also with spices—and we were able to cook as if we were at home.

The location is ideal, and we were able to walk to any destination in town. For trips outside of downtown we had cars, and the double garage made it easy.

Helen and Robbie made the rental negotiations utterly smooth, and I highly recommend this property.
