My friend and I stopped into Collins Quarter for a late dinner and it was one of the best meals I have ever had start to finish. We were undecided on a bottle of wine so the server brought us 3 to sample. Our appetizers, the Tuna Poke and Pork Belly, were delicious. For entrees we split the Lamb Shank and Diver Scallops with a large side of mashed potatoes and it was all excellent. The lamb shank was huge! Our server, I believe his name was Jacob was very attentive and did not try to rush us out even after we stayed well after closing. It cannot fail to be mentioned that a huge part of the charm of this restaurant is the interior. The exposed brick and candlelight are wonderful aesthetics and would make a lovely spot for a date night.
