As long as you stay at this hotel when there is not a special evening even or check in fairly early, you can park your car on the property on in the deck they share with Hampton, otherwise you'll have to park on side street.

Recently stayed here for the marathon weekend. First off, the staff was outstanding. All very nice and accommodating. The bad...inconvenient. We had to get a taxi each time we wanted to go into downtown and it was 15.00 each way. Luckily my friend and I could split the cost but that was a headache. The shower curtains in the bathroom were not long enough! I know this is nit picking.. But water went everywhere. The "continental breakfast". 6.50?! And nothing all that special. Are times this tough now that they can't offer a complimentary breakfast? Check in was a headache. Granted it was a big weekend, they seemed a little short on help. All in all it's a basic hotel. Nothing special...do I feel like it met the value I paid for? No. I wouldn't have as big of a problem if it wasnt so expensive. If they would just fix the dang shower curtains that would make a difference...

We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your recent stay at our Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Midtown. We strive to provide our guests with an excellent stay and apologize that this was not your experience. We have notified our Maintenance Supervisor and are already looking into adjustments that can be made to our shower curtains. We do also apologize that you felt as though our breakfast should be complimentary. Considering the variety of our full cooked-to-order buffet we do believe this is a great value for the price.

We were in Savannah to throw a surprise engagement party for wonderful friends and see them participate at the Savannah Rock & Roll Marathon. I booked this hotel because I am a Hilton Honors member and thought it was right down town where the race was. Its a little outside of downtown (but not much) and I couldn't have cared less because they were AWESOME! Bruce Kimble, particularly, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some ! Clean and lovely accomodations too !

Recently, A Friend and I took a vacation which included a stay in Savannah, GA at the Hilton Garden Inn. I cant say enough positive things about our stay. The Managers were Fantastic and we had only to ask and we received!!! Kindness and Courtesy were exemplified by every Emplyee. The food was Wonderful and by far the best of all the good food we enjoyed during our stay. The rooms were fantastic and comfortable...Loved having the Wifii connections and the access to the office downstairs designed for traveling guests who need to check their email account or use the printer for needed copies, etc. The Inn is located in midtown which makes that a wonderful location for travelers. Albercorn Street will carry you either to the modern eating and shopping or go the opposite way to explore the Historical District. We loved our stay and hope to be back that way soon.

Room Tip: Our room was excellent. Every room has to be fantastic here!!!

Very disappointed in their customer service. Their policy of "We promise to do whatever it takes to ensure you're satisfied, or you don't pay. You can count on us. GUARANTEED™" is not true. I travel 2-3 times per month and will not use any Hilton Garden Inn again.

I booked a room a week in advance, purchasing the flexible rate room. Hidden in the bottom of the email was a disclosure that there was a 45 day cancellation policy. I gave the hotel 3 days advance notice that we would not be able to make the trip, but no refund or credit was given. After my cancellation, they advertised my room to be resold on the internet, taking my $450 dollars, and planning to double dip on the room's profits. There are so many hotels of similar quality to choose from, it is better to never trust a corporation like Hilton. This is my first time giving a hotel rating...but I want to advise others on the Hilton policy.

Nice people at front desk. Horrible parking situation because they do not have enough spaces to accommodate their guests...the bathrooms are tiny...paper thin walls so bring ear plugs...hard bed..noisy air conditioner unit in room and the room smelled a bit moldy...ahhh...I doubt I would go back for the price I paid. I thought it was way over priced for what you got.

While we are very happy to read that our staff met your expectations we do apologize that the rest of your stay at our Hilton Garden Inn was not excellent. During the time you stayed, we did have a large convention in-house that unexpectedly took more parking spaces than usual. We do have additional parking located just a few steps away in a covered parking garage at our sister-hotel on the same property. We strive to ensure all our guests are completely satisfied and are very sorry that you did not enjoy your time with us. We do hope that you will give us another opportunity have you as our guest next time you are visiting the area.

We had a wonderful, safe stay in Savannah - thanks to Hilton Garden Inn disability accessibility, and their excellent customer service. We had much trouble finding hotel representatives from other hotels to give us bed height measurements. Johnathan at Hilton Garden Inn in Savannah was so considerate and was able to immediately call us back with all the information we needed to enable us to travel to Savannah knowing we had a place to stay that would accommodate our special needs. We did not get return back calls from other hotels or the employees acted like it was too hard to get the information for us. Once at the hotel, everyone was so considerate, more than we could have ever expected. We left with a wonderful feeling about the hotel, and will stay at this hotel again.
