Once we discovered Goose Feathers, we went back two more times. Our food tasted homemade. If there is a line, don't worry. The management has turn around of patrons dialed in. By the time you order, a table appears.

Pleasant welcome by the proprietor, and polite staff at the order counter. We had scrambled egg bagel, quiche, pecan pie and drinks, all quickly served and hot. Tasted great too. Plenty of choice. We'd thoroughly recommend.

We were going to Forsyth Park for the day and decided to grad lunch to go. This place is very busy but wait wasnt long at all. I had the chicken bacon club on croissant bread...DELICIOUS!!! My daughter like her ham & swiss sandwich. We had to try the bread pudding after reading reviews online..it was pretty tasty..a must try..not the best I have had but good. I want to try their breakfast next time we visit. We also got a whoopie pie..not worth the money..its a pile of sugar and not very good..not sure if they make them...but everything else was great. Its near city market and the spray park downtown so stop in..or take it to go. Prices arent too bad...my family ate for $25

Even if there is a line, it moves quickly. Nice place with great pastries and salads. We had the most delicious bacon, egg and cheese croissants.

I inquired at the front desk of my hotel where the staff goes for coffee and a bagel and twice, Good Feathers was the recommendation. I had breakfast here 2 out of the 3 days I was in Savannah and both times it was wonderful. The menu offers something for everyone and was reasonably priced. The staff members were all very friendly and very helpful. The line on Saturday was quite long but the staff moved everyone through quickly. On day one, the cashier recommended the quiche and fruit. The quiche was full of bacon and cheese in each bite and the fruit was fresh. Day 2 was a waffle and fruit, which was equally delicious. It is a bit out of the way and you need to be looking for the sign but it is worth the walk from any of the hotels. Skip Starbucks and Panera and try local, its worth it.
