Great stop on the way to Disney. It is right off of highway 95, and about 10 minutes from historic downtown. It was also much cheaper than staying in historic downtown. Parking in downtown was very cheap so there was no hassle staying here and driving in. This will be our stop on every trip to Disney.

The stay was good, until I decided to use the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was advertised as heated but it was ice cold and therefore my 6 month old could not get in the water. I was in the jacuzzi for less than 10 minutes because I could not even open my eyes the chlorine was so strong that it turned my hair Green. I tried to wash it out and ended up taking a bath/shower because the tub did not drain properly. I notified the front desk and all they said was that they would tell management about the problem and that they have been having the issues with the chlorine for a while. Now if they knew about the chlorine then something should have been done about it. The breakfast was good and well maintained. The hotel was very beautiful. Room was very spacious. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors at times. Housekeeping did a great job. The night time male front desk clerk offered my husband a "steak" and a massage, which he took very offensive because he was not talking about the kind of steak you eat. Overall this place is nice but the staff needs to be trained a little better on hospitality and pool maintenance.

As I am writing this review, I am listening to the person above me walk across their floor. The walls are paper thin in this place. Other than hearing every step and move my surrounding neighbors make, this is a nice place.

This is a place you need to stay, Its clean and very upscale rooms. The beds are plush nice and soft and the bedding is so beautiful. And they actually clean the rooms and spray Febreeze. The staff is also wonderful. And it has indoor pool and hot tub and a exerise room, And also a decent breakfast. Great location just mins from downtown and lots of resturants in front. A love this place and when we return this will be the only hotel i will be checking in.

This hotel is not very old and you can tell. Was very clean, the room was huge, and the staff was very friendly. It is right off of 95 which is why we picked it for a stop on the way to Disney. It is only 10 minutes on the highway to historic downtown, so there is plenty to do to pass the time. If you are tired, there were several chain restaurants within 100 yards of the front door. Our breakfast was fresh: eggs, sausage, english muffins, toast, muffins/pastries, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, make your own waffles, juice and coffee. Not a deluxe breakfast, but very nice for free and it was fresh. The manager was very nice and offered to match any price found on the internet by calling him directly, which is not huge but still nice. Overall great stay and lots of good seafood at historic waterfront.

We stopped by for one night on our way to Miami. We went to several of the other hotels at the same interstate exit to check on prices and found this hotel to be the best value. The rooms were spacious and very clean, as would be expected in a new hotel. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. We used both the pool, which was surprisingly pleasantly warm, and the hot tub; both were very clean. The complimentary breakfast offerings were a bit on the sweet side but the quality was good. Overall a wonderful hotel, we plan on staying there again next time we pass through Savannah.

I typically try to stay at Comfort Suites when traveling with my grandsons. This is probably the least nicest that I've stayed at. The room was clean, which is most important to me, but not as well kept as other Comfort Suites I've stayed in. The bathtub looked dirty (not around the sides, just the bottom), like it hadn't been cleaned well or it was stained. The bath mat for the floor had stains all over it. When you can't get the stains out with bleach, it's time to throw it away. There was a hole in the wall where the door to the room had been pushed open too hard. Outside of that, the room was comfortable. The bed linens were clean and the carpet appeared to be as clean as you can get in a motel. They have WiFi and extended cable on the TV.
The indoor pool was nice but the room was too hot and the chlorine level in the pool was outrageous. You can smell the chlorine out in the hallway before opening the door to the pool area. The bottom of the pool looked dirty, as did the hot tub. They need to be scrubbed or repainted. Throwing chlorine in both of them isn't going to clean anything but the water. Management needs to address the high chlorine level.
The breakfast was the typical Comfort Suites spread. Waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, juice, milk, pastries, etc. The hot choice the day we were there was biscuits and gravy. I think Choice would do better offering their little egg rounds each day, since the gravy is probably powdered and not very much like true Southern sausage gravy.
The desk clerks, night and morning, were very nice. The morning clerk had a hard time trying to keep the breakfast room going and wait on people at the front desk. The motel had sold out over night, and she said she hadn't ever seen the breakfast room that busy, all at one time. She was right, it seemed that everyone in the motel decided to eat at the same time and check out at the same time. Thank goodness, we started early.
The motel is a short drive from the Historic District, and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.
