“Good to Sample but too expensive to buy”
Reviewed August 25, 2013

Yes, the samples are tasty and the candy making demonstrations tempting as well as entertaining, but the prices are expensive and a turn off and sent us back out the door.

“go for it”
Reviewed August 10, 2013

The sugary, sweet smell pulled us in from the street. Oh my! The pralines are divine. Go in and live a little... on vaca. The prices keep you in check, anyway.

“The best candy but so expensive!”
Reviewed August 6, 2013 via mobile

I love River Street Sweets. Anytime we're in the area I make it a point to stop in and stock up on pralines, almond bark, and other goodies, but it's so expensive! $20 for a piece of bark, some taffy, and 4 pralines. I also wish they allowed people to make specialized trays and selections for shipping since many of their trays are very expensive and have stuff I dislike. But it's definitely worth the stop!

“Great”
Reviewed August 3, 2013

We stopped in a total of four times during our 5 day trip. The prices were a bit high, but worth it. The Carmel apples were the best!!!

“The Pralines are what you come for!”
Reviewed July 30, 2013

The praline were so good. Expensive but good. The shop smells really sweet and you can spend hours inside.
