I love River Street Sweets. Anytime we're in the area I make it a point to stop in and stock up on pralines, almond bark, and other goodies, but it's so expensive! $20 for a piece of bark, some taffy, and 4 pralines. I also wish they allowed people to make specialized trays and selections for shipping since many of their trays are very expensive and have stuff I dislike. But it's definitely worth the stop!

We stopped in a total of four times during our 5 day trip. The prices were a bit high, but worth it. The Carmel apples were the best!!!

The praline were so good. Expensive but good. The shop smells really sweet and you can spend hours inside.

We stopped in on a Saturday night for ice cream and the place was packed. We patiently waited our turn and my 8 year old daughter ordered a small chocolate gelato with rainbow sprinkles. The girl rolled her eyes and turned to make the ice cream. She handed us a chocolate gelato with chocolate sprinkles and walked off. This was probably the rudest service I have ever received. We had planned on purchasing other items and some souvenirs but after this decided to leave. We will never return.

We'd previously vacationed in Savannah and shopped at River Street Sweets, so we had to make sure when we recently visited again - that we go back and pick up a few of the best caramel apples! My husband also decided to do a few scoops of the strawberry cheesecake ice cream- delicious! Everything looks and smells wonderful!!
