My husband and I took several tours on our recent trip to Savannah and this one was our favorite. Our tour guide, Mike was very enthusiastic about about the history of the city and I did not feel like he was reciting a script. He stopped at several points, got out of the car and pointed out exactly what he wanted us to see. It was so much more than just a narrated drive!
The cost was very reasonable and even cheaper than the walking tour we took.
The coolest thing though, is that while we were stopped at the monument to Oglethorpe from the Jewish community, we took a picture of the monument that upon closer inspection revealed a man in Colonial clothing. No one was anywhere near the monument when we took the picture and certainly no one in Colonial clothing.
We would recommend this tour to anyone taking a trip to Savannah.
