I visited Savannah, GA for the first time a few weeks ago. Some friends and I decided to take the ghost tour. I walked away an hour after it started knowing way more about that town than I had expected to learn. I was very interested. Jackie was prompt and flexible when scheduling us and Bradley, our tour guide, was funny and hospitable. The experience was personalized to our interests. Bradley was very knowledgeable about the history of the city as well as entertaining with his ghost stories. I would go again.

This is a must-do if you love ghost tours! Our driver, Louis, picked us up at our Bed and Breakfast and the adventure began. It was so cool to be in the hearse, riding all around the Historic District of Savannah! Louis was very informative and entertaining! He told us ghost stories that we'd never heard before. He took time to answer questions and he was hilarious! I took several pictures and caught orbs in many of them! If you want a great time and tour in a very unique fashion, definitely check this out! Great value, too! Only $15/person! Ask for Louis!

Eleven members of our family took part in two Hearse Ghost Tours on Saturday,
January 23, 2010. Louis was our driver and he was very entertaining. We found
the tours to be fun and filled with interesting information about Savannah's past.
Jackie, the owner, was friendly and accomodating. We would recommend this
tour for older children and adults who are looking for a good time.
We were visiting from Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, and Atlanta, Georgia.

After reading the reviews about this tour, I decided it sounded like a different and fun way to see the haunted city. We waited at the Hyatt downtown with a lot of other folks. A hearse pulled up and a very personable man said there were several cars coming. He called in and told everyone who they were supposed to go with. He was very funny. We waited for John who was the third hearse to arrive. RIght off he seemed kind of blah and uninterested. We loaded in and took off. After about 15 minutes around downtown Savannah while John droned on, he said he had to stop for gas. We thought we heard wrong! But, no, he actually stopped at a gas station to fill up. He opened the back door so we could get out and buy something from the minimart if we wanted. After filling up, he got back in the car to drive off and we had to tell him he forgot to close the back door. When he started off he exactly repeated the same script he had just told us. We were all a bit concerned that he might be drugged or something. We drove out to Bonaventure Cemetary and heard about the cemetary which was interesting. We were returned to the hotel 20 minutes earlier than the tour was supposed to end. I'm not sure if John just didn't care, or this was typical for him. One of the other guest said, "at least we didn't have to waste another 20 minutes!" It wasn't horrible, but I do think it's important to get a good driver. John really needs to get a new job. I'm sure it's hard to do the same thing over and over, but it was our first time and we were looking forward to a good time. I will try it again, but ask for anyone but John.
