“Wonderful experience”

Lady Colleen was a gracious hostess. My wife and I (From Texas) vacationed with her sister and husband (from California) for a week (5 days) in this lovely house. It is conveniently located on Forsyth Park, one block from the free shuttle stop (DOT) that will take you close to any place you could want to go and two blocks from a Krogers. Her breakfasts were not as large as other B&B's but by no means were we underfed and the food delicious! The rooms were clean and the service was lovely. We enjoyed the coffee and pie in the sitting area outside our rooms every evening. I only hope our laughter in the evenings didn't offend our hostess and the other guests.

Not a lot of extras, decent place, choose it based on price and would stay again if could not find someplace cheaper.

Beautiful old home. Comfy, Southern, great location, Breakfast was good, Lady Coleen was very sweet. Anything that I didnt like was minor.
Overall... Not bad, but I've stayed in better.

This is a gorgeous house located right across from Forsyth Park and just blocks away from the Historic District and River Street. The perfect location for touring Savannah, for a romantic getaway, or for a restful, peaceful stay. Collen, the inn keeper, was extremely helpful and loving. She told us old stories and provided us with recommendation to some wonderful restuarants along with shortcuts for walking. She's a wonderful LADY! My boyfriend, now my fiance, asked me to marry him after we ate at The Olde Pink House and walked in Forsyth Park. He stopped just in front of the gorgeous fountain there and proposed! Amazing experience! Our room was oversized, very clean, and had all amentities. Colleen is a fantastic cook and prepared the most awesome breakfast each morning! She also had two cakes available for our cutting and soft drinks in the fridge! The stay was simply delightful!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Jefferson room! It's the best room and was wonderful!

Perfect weekend getaway. I wanted to take my girlfriend away for the weekend and Lady Williams was very accommodating and set us up with a gorgeous room for one night. The House was immaculate, decorated in rich southern style, which fit the southern charm of Savannah. Lady Williams offered us refreshments as soon as we arrived, with true southern hospitality and had desserts and coffee out all day long. The General Lee room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a large attached bathroom. We spent the morning walking around the city before checking in and when we walked in and saw our bed, we immediately climbed in for a comfortable afternoon nap. For breakfast the next morning, she served fresh fruit with homemade whipped cream and the best biscuits and gravy we've ever eaten (and we're from the South) at a formal place setting. Lady Williams is very conversational and has many great stories to share. We recommend the Confederate House for anybody visiting Savannah, especially couples needing a getaway.

Room Tip: I believe the President Grant room has a view of Forsyth Park

The exterior of the home may need some minor touch up paint, but the home and the heart of the home, Ms.Williams, do not. The interior of the home is immaculate and very spacious, beautiful details everywhere. Ms.Williams met us at the door and sat with us in the grand living space for a few. She has a way with stories and a charm that is well owned by this Southern lady. A fresh cake and coffee were waiting on us upon arrival, bed was turned back as would be at home and the heat was on during this very cold and windy day. Breakfast the next morning was served on time and was very filling, Ms.Williams is an amazingly good cook, one I would love to learn more from if only I lived nearby. This home is located directly across the street from gorgeous Forsyth Park, and a few blocks straight down to the river, Great location in the Historic district! We enjoyed our stay and if ever we head back to Savannah we would not hesitate to stay in Ms. Williams home once again!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Andrew Jackson room, which houses a very comfortable queen size bed and a big bathr...
