We stayed in the Jenkins Suite. Beautiful townhouse, great location... The fridge was stocked with breakfast, local coffee and wine. A great option for a family. Monique was incredibly hospitable and made us feel at home. 5-Stars!

We spent 3 nights at the Armstrong Inn's Chatham Suite over Christmas. The location was excellent and the attention to detail of Monique the owner is exceptional. The suite has everything and anything you would want. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom products were the best and there was lots of closet space and drawers so it would be possible to stay for a longer visit--which we will when we come back to Savannah again. Have already recommended Armstrong to our business partner and friends.
Dear Christmas guests. I have the privilege to serve exceptional guests all the time. Thank you for being one of those. Thank you for your referrals who will certainly make a difference in my life like you do. It was a pleasure to serve you. Many returns. Monique
I have stayed at many a B&B before, but the Armstrong Inn is not just a stay its an experience! First let me say that the staff at this Inn are so warm and friendly, and will go above and beyond to ensure your time in Savannah is the best it can be, We stayed for 2 nights in the Carriage House and it was spectacular, the pictures really do it no justice. From the minute we drove up to this beautiful home, we were in awe at how charming it is. And walking in the front door of this quaint home unwrapped even more charm. The Carriage House is furnished and restored impeccably, from the paintings on the walls, to the furniture and decor, when you walk into this home you really feel as if you are at home. The private courtyard is an added bonus, your own little tropical oasis landscaped to perfection, and all the little touches such as the tealights hanging in the trees and the pond, a perfect setting to sit back, relax and have a glass of wine and feast on the delicious baked goods and treats which are placed in your refrigerator daily. I would highly recommend this Inn and plan on traveling there again in the near future!
Dear guest from Staten Island. It is not unusual that mothers and daughters travel together, in our days. However, It was a unique pleasure to serve you. Thumbs up to American daughters! My Love to your Mom. Monique
Savannah is such a great city to visit. History, architect, great food... it is all there.
And if you are going to Savannah I highly recommend Armstrong Inns. We stayed at the Tattnall House, a two story, two bedroom standalone townhouse built in the 1850's. As you sit in the parlor looking into the dinning room you really do feel like it is 1850. The house is decorated beautifully with the perfect furniture, accessories and artwork. The kitchen is new, spacious and clean. The location of the Tattnall House is close to many great restaurants and you can easily walk to any spot in the historic district within 20-30 minutes.
Each morning you are supplied a fantastic breakfast with a main course, fruit, juices and specialty coffee. If you stay will Armstrong Inns you will deal with Monique who is one of the nicest persons you will ever meet. Service was top notch, the Tattnall House is beautiful, and Savannah is a must see. Go!
Innkeepers’ hearts go warmer when their attention and love make a difference to their valued guests on a well-deserved vacation. It was our privilege to serve you, dear guest of the Tattnall House.
The comfort, warmth and privacy of the Tattnall house suit every needs. Stays at the Tattnall House make special occasions even more special. Moms with young children receive the "royal" treatment from our housekeeping staff. This is what our guests are here for. The Tattnall House nestles in the beautiful colonial neighborhood of Chatham Square, distinguished for its historic elegance and its attractive Southern charm. You will agree, life is good under the big old oak trees adorned with Spanish moss. Come and see.
My husband and I just returned from our romantic and relaxing stay at the Armstrong Inn. It was our first time in Savannah. Staying at the inn was like visiting my grandmother. It had so much charm. We had a home made breakfast prepared and left in the frig for us every morning. which was so delicious ,and the feather bed was intoxicating. We were so well taken care of. We stayed in the Chatham Garden Suite and slept with he garden door open with the fire place roaring each night. Everything you see and read is accurate. We had the opportunity to met an spend time with Monique & William. The are down to earth, genuine, loving people who I feel I have been friends for years. Enjoy !
Dear guest, Thank you for thinking of me as part of your family and friends! What a blessing! Your grandmother probably has a knack like me for interior and exterior design. It works like if our hearts are turned inside out once in a while. Affairs of the heart does it for some!....
Thank you again for giving your feedback to the valued readers of Trip Advisors. Au plaisir de vous servir encore l’année prochaine! May 2013 be filled with Health, Joy, Peace and Prosperity. Monique
This hotel was perfect for my parents weekend vacation to Savannah. I booked the room here for them basee on many recommendations and it was well worth it. The room was cozy and decorated beautifully. The owner was so friendly and helpful as well.
