Savannah Bed & Breakfast Inn

This was our first trip to Savannah and we LOVED it! It was a nice, clean B&B. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very nicely decorated room with a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and freshly baked cookies every evening were just icing on the cake. It is conveniently located in the historic district within walking distance of everything (squares, shops, restaurants and museums). There are so many things to do in Savannah and we will definitely stay here when we come back.

We used the Manager's Special to save. Delicious treats in the afternoon, cookies at night, plus breakfast. And paid parking! Inn is in one of the Gordon 15, 15 matching rowhouses, beautiful building.

We always get the Manager's Special and have enjoyed a different beautiful room each time. The staff are very welcoming and the breakfasts are ample and delicious. Charming and delightful in a great location for enjoying the city. And they pay for parking! Book ahead! My only complaint is that they are often booked.

This was our first trip to Savannah and we LOVED it!! Staying in this very nice Inn made our trip perfect. It was a quiet and clean Inn that was decorated so charmingly. The staff was very friendly and the we enjoyed breakfast every morning of our three night stay. The beds are great and the although I echo one reviewers remark this is not a luxury B&B the personal touches that are provided create an atmosphere of hospitality. It is within walking distance of all of the squares, museums, shops and great restaurants that make Savannah famous. (Ya gotta try Zunzi's and The Olde Pink House). You could never run out of things to do in this city and Savannah B&B Inn is where we will stay every time we return.

This was the first bed and breakfast I had ever stayed in. I can say it beats a hotel 100%. The staff was helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delightful as were the waitstaff. They even made some substitutions one morning for our breakfast order. Bedtime cookies were offered at 8pm and very good. The back deck and outdoor patio area was very inviting. This inn is only one block forsyth park and within walking distance to everything else. The staff booked a trolley tour for us and it was very educational and worth the time. As a whole, I enjoyed my stay. It was wonderful to get away for a weekend. The only thing I did not like, which is not the Inn's fault, is the parking meters. Be prepared to deal with those almost everywhere you go in the historic district of Savannah.

Room Tip: We stayed in the telfair room. It was not in the main area but that was ok with me. It was newly rem...

The location was good, but the B&B itself was NOT worth what we paid. We stayed on the 3rd floor, 2 buildings from main house in the Pulaski room. The room was very small; mold on shower wall, hair everywhere, bed was comfortable. My husband and I got stuck in our "room" for a few hours due to a bad thunderstorm. We had nothing to drink or snack on, you have to go down very steep stairs and outside to main building to get to the soda, ice and snack machines. Fell and hurt myself on the wet stairs outside, so be careful if you stay and it rains. Would have to say the staff was very nice, only saw them at check in. Gave or room key to kitchen staff to check out. Pictures on website are very deceiving. We will shop around next time and pay the extra $20-30 bucks.

Room Tip: Find a room in the main house or lower levels, but shop around first!

I am sorry to hear the rainy weather dampened your trip to Savannah. The Pulaski is one of our Value rooms and is not as well located as our Traditional or Premium rooms. For another $10 one of our Traditional rooms such as the Parlor or Jasmine would have offered drier access to the facilities of the Inn. I do hope you will return and have a better all around experience in terms of weather and accommodation.

Wanting to fully embrace the beauty and charm that is Savannah, this Inn met all our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, the beds absolutely comfortable, and the bathrooms exceptionally clean. The breakfast room was inviting and very relaxing with a wait staff attending to your every need. The decor was reminiscent of an era long gone, very lovely. My favorite part of our stay here were the back door balconies that led to charming tables and chairs sitting underneath the moss canopy of the trees...absolutely beautiful! I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with visibility to the back balconies.
