Bought the on/off pass. We enjoyed the knowledge and enthusiasm in which the tour guides tell you about Savannah! Great deal and a great way to learn about the history of Savannah! I would recommend!

“Great when you want to see it all!”
Reviewed January 27, 2013

My husband and I were in Savannah for an afternoon, but wanted to see as much of Savannah as we could. Old Town was a great way to see the highlights and allowed us to get on and off as we pleased. The only thing of concern was that we had to wait at "stop 1" for a while as our trolley driver got off and another took over. Overall, good experience!

“Economical and Entertaining”
Reviewed January 24, 2013

We bought the basic $26 one-day on and off pass for the Savannah historic district. We arrived on MLK Day. As it turned out, Savannah has one of the longest MLK Day parades in the world. Since the trolley didn't run until after the parade, we finally boarded a trolley at 1:30. Since the ticket salesperson was unable to predict how long the parade would last, Tim at Old Town Trolley Tours gave us a two-day pass for the price of one when we bought our tickets. We just rode the trolley the first afternoon to get an idea where we were. The second day we rode it again while getting off at the stops that held special interest for us. We had several drivers and, while sticking to basicly one script, all the drivers added their own special flair to the tour, including Will who had a laugh track and other sound effects. For people who only have a one-day pass, if you can spend the day, I'd stay on the trolley for the 90 minute trip, take a break and then repeat it and get on and off at places you like. I especially recommend walking around Forsyth Park, visiting the cathedral at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, and walking around Colonial Park cemetery. At $26 a head, the tour is a great value when you consider gas and parking fees saved if you drove it yourself, not to mention dealing with the traffic yourself and getting educated and entertained by the drivers while enjoying the beauty and charm of Savannah. The minimum you can spend on this tour is approximately 2 hours. The tour is 90 minutes and it can take a little while to get the trolley loaded and all safety procedures explained. Old Town Trolley Tours made our visit to Savannah even more enjoyable.

“What a city! What a tour!”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

We boarded at stop 1 and had Cindy as our tour guide.,Cindy was very friendly, funny and informative and we were concerned when we got off at stop 2 that we might not hook up with her again. After a great lunch at Paula Deen's we got back on at stop 2 and we had Denise for the rest of the tour. Denise was informative, helpful and very informed! Denise was soooooo funny and could be a stand up comic. We will always remember the beautiful city of Savannah and Denise as she made the tour so memorable.Great tour, beautiful city, wonderful staff!

“Great way to see the city!”
Reviewed January 21, 2013

The trolley tour is great on your first day. You get to see the city and learn a lot about Savannah. You can also buy a pass to get on and off as much as you want for a couple days, so it's a good way to get around.
