The visitors' center had information on the entire Savannah area. The people at the information desk had maps, recommendations, and advice which I found very helpful. The gift shops were reasonably priced and had a variety of items. I saw that there was a fee for the small museum and the "movie" so I did not opt to see those. It was there that tours departed so it was a busy place. Just like everything, the railroad exhibit also had a few. Seeing the depot was quite interesting as that is the headquarters of the center.
