We had a good time exploring the education center and checking out the animals. The touch tank was cool. We also enjoyed the nice walking trails in the back. Fun way to spend a couple hours just don't go expecting some gigantic aquarium it's just a few fish and a turtle mostly.

his aquarium is barely the size of a college classroom. There are several very cool creatures to see, and the touch tank is unique. We also like the outdoor sites like folder crabs, a short nature walk, a 300 year old tree, and a great pier. But on a rainy day, the kids get done with the indoor activities far too quickly to make it worth the 45 minute drive one-way. Also, they have not changed or updated any of the "features" in the 4 years we've been going. So if you've never been, by all means, come check it out on a nice sunny day. But if you plan on returning, don't expect to see anything new and if the weather is poor, you'll have seen it all in less than an hour.

The aquarium and marine education center on Skidaway Island is well worth the trip. The aquarium is very well mantained and at an admission price of $3.00 for young children and seniors over 55, and only $6.00 for the rest, it is a true value. The aquatic specimens are varied and well displayed, and the touch tank is great for kids.

My kids, ages 7 and 13 months, really enjoyed this aquarium. It is small (only two rooms), but big enough to keep them entertained a while. The nature trails on this breath-taking property is what steals the show.It was an extremely cold day when we visited so we were only able to walk the short trail, but we definitely plan to visit again and take the long one.

Visited this attraction on a rainy day and had a nice time. I have two children and they enjoyed the aquarium, especially the touch tank/tidal pool. The aquarium is small but the price reflects that. It is well maintained and well thought out nonetheless. There are some beautiful easy trails around the property - we walked it in the rain and it was still really pretty so I can imagine how nice it would be on a clear day.
