We wanted a reasonably priced restaurant near our hotel that offered a decent selection of dishes other than fish. The Cotton Exchange fit the bill. When we arrived, the restaurant was very crowded, so we found seats at the bar and enjoyed drinks while we waited for a table. After about a twenty minute wait, we were seated at a table by a window. It was fun to watch the ships pass by. I ordered a chicken dish which was very good. My husband can't remember his order, only that it was tasty. The bar area was lively, but the dining area was quiet. The service was good. We would return.
