I ate here with my boyfriend on a weekend trip to savannah. The house was so historic and beautiful to be in. The staff was very helpful and escorted us to each part of the home. We came in and were taken to the bar which was very crowded then the staff suggested the tavern which was more romantic. The tavern was very nice dim lighting, live piano and cello, comfortable seating, drink waiter came to us at our seats as we waited for our table. You definitely should make a reservation but go early and enjoy a drink in the tavern. Ordered: app- cheese board, entrées- filet with asparagus and sweet potato(meat was good but not crazy over) half duck with vegetable crepes (delicious). There was also a singer that came around to all the tables that was very good!! The service was so nice. The restaurant was obviously very busy, but each waiter came and helped us be taken care of quickly and kindly, true southern hospitality!!! Thank you pink house for a special evening!
