“Extra Effort!”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

It was a very cold day to take the trolley, but they were heated and enclosed with care. The "off-and-on" feature was great and we used it all day. The guides were very knowledgable and each one had their own personality, and it was enjoyable. If asked about where to eat or what to see they could and would give details to each person. The extra effort? Well, I left a bag (with several purchases in it) on one of the trolley cars. It took several hours to locate the exact car, but with the help of 3 drivers and the dispatcher I got my shopping bag back - and nothing was missing! We also took the riverboat ride and enjoyed that also. This particular trolley company is owned right here in Savannah, home of southern hospitality. They make you feel like you are the only one. . .

“Overview of Savannah”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

Angel was a great tour guide and allowed us to get an overall view of the historic district from which which we could decide where and when we wanted to spend more time. As with any tour, the guide makes or breaks your overall experience and Angel infused history and humor to make the trip enjoyable. One of the highlights of our tour was when Forest Gump joined us looking for Lt. Dan! I wish the trolley would have run later into the evening; the on/ off stopped at 4:30.

“Great intro to Savannah”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

We meant to go to Old Town Trolley, but turned in one parking lot too soon. And thank goodness we did! The tour guides were fantastic! We went with two different drivers, and learned something different from each. No canned scripts and lots of fun surprises with costumed characters. Forrest Gump was wonderful!! This company is owned and operated by Savannahians, so they know and love the place, and love to share it. Don't miss it!

“The 3-hour tour”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

We had friends in from Missouri and decided to take the longer 3 - hour tour to enable them to see and hear as much about the city of Savannah during the one day they had to tour the city. Our guide was Bob, fourth generation Savannah native, and he did not disappoint. We had a wonderful tour and Bob's knowledge of the city and its history was remarkable (right down to showing us the old school house building where his mother was the principal!). From the beautiful historic downtown area out to the more recent developed areas (recent as in the past 100 years), this was a very excellent way to introduce visitors to the history and architecture of Savannah's wonderful historic homes and buildings. Top notch tour.

“The Savannah Experience”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

Last year we took the regular trolly tour and loved it. This year we took the 3 housr long Savannah Experience and that was 2 hours too long. I am looking at my picutres I tried to take and have deleted most of them as they are a blur of houses as we went by, not a seconds hesitations for pictures. Did not appreciate "Bob's" attempt at humor.,Maybe I am a grouch but I don't need opinions about the style of windows someone chose to put in their home. Mostly I just didn't like not being able to see any of the details that the drivers was talking about because we were going too fast. Most everyone onboard just tuned out. It was a bore
