“Don't eat there”
Reviewed February 3, 2013

I have been a big fan of Paula Deen for a while now. When we were in Savannah, we went to eat at her restaurant. The service is good but the food is absolutely Terrible. We were really disappointed with the long wait When the food was so bad. Based on what I ate there I would never buy one of her cookbooks if food tasted like that.

“As buffets go this is one of the better ones”
Reviewed February 2, 2013 via mobile

Great fried chicken, great corn casserole. Food was freshly made. Fried cornbread was really good. Gooey cake was average. Sweet tea was the best.

“Paula wasn't in the kitchen”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

It was some of the better seafood my wife had but for Paula's reputation we expected more and better. The buffet, though well attended was good but not great. For the price I think I could have been as happy at Golden Corral (and had better selection too).

“Over-rated”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

Again, nothing special and several other restaurants in the area offering real home cooked southern specialties.

“Waste of time and money”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

Canned sweet potatoes for one - nothing special and over priced for what you get - not worth the wait in line and all the hype. There are 3 or 4 other restaurants with much, much better southern food and less expensive. Very over-rated tourist trap.
