We stopped in for a beverage on our recent trip to Savannah and were surprised by the excellent selection of beers on tap! The atmosphere was comfy, warm and friendly so we went back again. The bar itself is gorgeous. It was a great discovery and for those seeking a variety of beers...this is a great spot!

In we went for a quick drink and a small bite at the end of the day . The pub is good sized with table seating and a large English back bar with many seats. Seated at the bar, the friendly bar staff greeted us and after reviewing their rather substantial appetizer offerings and with staff guidance, we selected Shrimp & Grits and the Baked Brie. Along with our drinks of choice, the dishes arrived. First and foremost, we are in a pub… a pub that serves food. Second, the food came hot and presented nicely. The brie was wrapped in a biscuit with side offerings of a raspberry, apple butter, nuts and toast. The warm brie and sides were very nice. The shrimp and grits came in a sizeable bowl with five shrimp and spicy andouille sausage. Warm and hearty, dish was a very nice compliment to the brie and our beverages. I must say I was surprised by the number and descriptions of the appetizer offerings: three distinct cheese board tastings, five different charcuterie offerings, soups and a number of other unique starters as well staples. We were very satisfied walking back out into the cool evening of Savannah. Impressive array for a pub and served by friendly staff. A very good alternative for food when reservations escape you or you just want a quick, no non-sense bite to eat.

Saying Churchill's is great pub food doesn't quite do it justice. We had fish and chips, seafood casserole, a grilled chicken sandwich and a prime rib sandwich. Everything was great, but the casserole and the prime rib were standouts. The casserole was overflowing with seafood and the prime rib was perfectly cooked. The service was wonderful, drinks were good and the French onion soup was phenomenal. Not much more to say, just a great meal and great overall experience. We really wanted to go back the next day to watch the Falcons play, but it didn't work out. We will go back to Churchill's the next time we're in Savannah.

Great pub eats. Nothing out of this world, but definitely worth the stop. Very friendly staff and not crazy crowded, which was nice.

Checked in late at the Hyatt across the street kinda late, we asked the staff at the hotel where a good place to eat was. They told us Churchill's was a must. So we stopped in for a pint and a bite to eat. Great specials on beer, and the food was very reasonably priced, also very yummy. I had a toad in a hole, my friend had bangers and mash they were both delicious! Our waitress was also great!
