Very nice choice for Italian as well as seafood......we sat next to the bar and it was extremely loud....not sure if that is usual or not, but it was more than a normal decibel. The food and service were very good. We were there early but by the time we left (7-ish) it was pretty full, so reservations may be needed.

Just awful. Took 75 minutes to get the first round of drinks for 10 people. Cook 3 hours be served and the manager un duty could not have cared bless. Several food orders were wrong. Never again.

The restaurant was completely redone a couple of years ago. The main floor has cozy horseshoe-shaped booths and dim lighting, and the second floor is elegant with high ceilings and windows. My husband had the flounder which is pan fried, then deep fried and covered with an apricot sauce. I understand it is a dish for which they are famous. I had grouper with shrimp and butter-lobster sauce. Both dishes were excellent. For dessert, we had Bailey's cheese cake with chocolate sauce and coffee. Our tab came to $110 including the tip. The waiters were very helpful and attentive. It was a bit over our normal restaurant tab, but we will return when we are in Savannah again. (The second floor area would be wonderful for a wedding reception or party.)

We went with a large group so that might have had an impact on the quality of the food and service. Food is expensive for the quality. the fish entrees arrived cold. Our service was ok, however others in our party waited over 30 minutes before they received a correct bill. Manager was unresponsive to their problems. We will not go back as there are other Savannah with better food and service and less expensive.

Late afternoon find on a Sunday using reviews from Trip Advisor and Yelp. An elegant recently remodeled setting and known for their Seafood and Italian specialties. We ordered the Fried Green Tomato Parmesan and the Gumbo for appetizers. Loved the tomatoes, gumbo was just "fair," could have used more filler-ingredients (crab, andouille, rice, etc... And some heat. Cold soup just leaves you "cold." Quickly remedied, we ordered entrees of Tilapia, Fried Shrimp, Seafood Alfredo, and Scallops with a risotto and asparagus. Great Tilapia and Fried Shrimp. The scallops dish was superb. The Seafood Alfredo was huge, loaded with shrimp and scallops. Service was good, food delivered by a variety of servers, not necessarily my waiter. I would go back again.
