“Pretty good pizza, great prices”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 1, 2013

Was told this was the best in Savannah. Waited in a line, in the rain for a place to sit, so expectations were really high. I will give you this...it was really good. The crust was fresh and crispy, the ingredients were good. The sauce wasn't my favorite, I could tell it was made fresh, I just prefer a sweeter sauce.

The ambiance was pretty cool for college kids and those in their 20s and early 30s. As a couple in our early 40s, I felt the waitress rushed passed us and a few others in our age group and older to hang and talk with tables of others who were closer to her own age. We paid in cash but needed change (which by the way is the only form of payment accepted here, so bring cash with you.) She went to the next table and talked for literally 10-15 minutes. When she finally left the room, she forgot to bring our change back. When she saw us and the table next to us standing with our coats on, she looked embarrassed, ran out and got our change. But she didn't apologize. The service (and the sauce) are the reasons I didn't give it an excellent review.)

“The answer to night time Pizza Hunger”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 25, 2013 via mobile

Visited Savannah in late September for a reunion of Navy veterans. Nights were very mild and several of us got the hungries for some non-chain pizza. Found Vinnie's around the corner from hotel. Ate outside. Had a huge piping hot pie. Taste was fantastic. One of the best I ever had. Beer was ice cold and wait staff friendly. Only 15 minutes from order to table. Went back again 2 nights later. They don't take plastic or checks but there is an ATM 20 yards away. Take out single slices are gigantic.

“Pizza”

It was fast and super cheap pizza but it hit the spot. My teenagers enjoyed it a lot. I liked it because it was easy walking distance to our hotel and would definitely eat there again.

“Cramped but worth it!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 23, 2013 via mobile

This is our 2nd time here in 5 yrs, the 1st time we waited for 2 hrs for it to open before leaving for FL, as the locals said it was that good, it did not disappoint, we were here this time share, we were tired after 11 hr dr. We ate some there and brought rest to the TS. We ordered a large pizza but they sat us at a table for 2 when the pizza arrived no room for the plates pizza was still as anticipated. Not a lot of other choices though, no sandwiches just pizza & calzones, but still worth it. You can dine in or out, not a fancy place by any means but they put out a good pie. ENJOY
