We always stop here on one of our days for some dinner while visiting. Good pizza and fun atmosphere. We like the pizza pies and it is a Savannah staple for locals and visitors alike. Enjoy!

We ordered a slice and a beer each (there were 2 of us) and it was $17.75 . . . a little pricey. But, it was terrific pizza! We will definitely eat here again.

We were just looking for a snack but the food was great and the servings were huge, the service was excellent and the prices were great. Thanks!

Avoid this place. Let's rate this on the 3 things, you may look for in a restaurant ..
1) Quality : The pizza came out burnt on the bottom, hardly any pepperoni, and the low quality cheese was aweful and looked like it was melted in a microwave. The worst part was the aweful tasting sauce they use, comparable to the sauce you would get from a cheap 99 cent frozen pizza from the supermarket.
2) Service: The waitress looked like she just woke up from an afternoon nap. And acted like it was a chore to take our order. Not even the slightest hint of a smile or if she even liked what she was doing. Conversation was non-exsistant, not a single suggestion or question as to what we wanted, she just came up to our table and waited for us to initiate with what we wanted. She even walked away, without asking what we wanted to drink (usually, drinks are first order of business when at a restaurant). We had to catch her on her next trip by our table to order drinks. At the end of the meal we asked for a refill on one of the soda's to go (extra 50 cents) and when she came back with the refill, it didn't even have a lid or straw on it, we had to wait for next waitress walking by to ask for them.
3) Cleanliness: We sat at a outside table dining area with the wind whipping by, sand and leaves blowing about. It wasn't even a very windy day, the wind was amplified by the wind tunnel effect created because of the location on the end of building near side street. Dirt and dust on the tables , chairs even the window ledge next to our table was filthy. Just a nasty atmosphere to eat.

It wasn't even a busy at the time we went, I am absolutely befuddled at how this could be the "Best" place in savannah for Pizza. The only thing I can think of that is in the City Market area and they are riding the coattails of the the other quality shops and eaterys in the area.
In closing, -- AVOID THIS PLACE -- and Don't fall into the tourist trap that it is. The pizza isn't worth consumption, service is non-exsistant and just an overall waste of a mealtime and money that could have been better spent at one of the many quality eateries in Savannah.

Ok, Savannah has amazing southern food, but also the best pizza we have ever had - seriously - it is amazing. It's in the CityMarket area with mostly outside limited seating but worth the brief wait you may have. This hand tossed dough with an amazing sauce and cheese combination combine to make a pizza better than we have had in New York's Little Italy. If you have multiple days in Savannah take a break from the collards and enjoy this Italian gem in the Deep South.
