Did a last minute search as we were coming into town. This restaurant was suggested by staff at the inn. Called for reservation and 1 hour later we walked to Congress St. Very friendly greeting as we entered this small restaurant. Server was pleasant and attentive and answered questions about the restaurant at the end of our meal. We were in a car for many hours so we were not in a hurry. We enjoy and appreciate quiet relaxed unhurried meals. I had the black grouper and my husband had steak. Both were very good. We shared the berry cobbler. With the steak came potatoes chevre gratin. My husband really liked them. The meals were plated well and simply. We liked the decor--exposed brick, etc. It is not noisy and the place was filled. It's nice to be able to converse during a meal and not shout. This was our kind of dining.
