Description: Located in the heart of the historic downtown City Market area, a.lure is an exciting new addition to the Savannah restaurant scene. Chef Greg Silver's contemporary American Cuisine with Low Country twists complements a.lure's rustic modern ambiance. Our local farm-to-fork philosophy is supplemented by thoughtful plating of regionally sourced ingredients, thoughtful presentation and creative flavor combinations. Savannah clams, oysters, local crab meat, and fresh Georgia shrimp are just a few of the local items on our menu, as well as premium steaks, regional and Niman Ranch pork products, scallops from Maine, and Wagyu beef. We transform these wonderful ingredients into exciting dishes ranging from Low Country influenced offerings to globally inspired fare. Superb service and a gem from our ever expanding wine list will complete an amazing dining experience. Our goal at a.lure is to anticipate all of your needs and to exceed all your expectations.

“Expensive but very good tasty food and nice atmosphere”
Reviewed May 11, 2013 via mobile

this was our first time the restaurant. It was very nice.we're there early in the evening so they were lots of tables available.they first set us in a very busy area, we ask to be moved to a more intimate table which they did with NO problem. the only problem with the new table, one of us had to face another table with people at it. we started with a foie gras special which had a lot of flavors going on. Very tasty. Main entrees were beef tournadoes and Nori dusted fish. Both very good. Service was excellent.

“Southern Fusion”
Reviewed May 8, 2013

The menu was pretty diverse and had a twist on some southern food. My son-in-law had an Asian duck dish that was full of different flavors and textures. I had a low country boil that was dressed up from the standard fare and was excellent. The service was excellent. I would make reservations.

“Great menu, great service”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

Seven of us dined and the service was as if though there were two. Seamless but never fussy. Fantastic fresh menu. We had the boil which was a fresh take on the ordinary. Wonderful salads and drinks as well. A mint julep done right!

“Eat not Drink”
Reviewed May 7, 2013 via mobile

Good food .. Not GREAT food. Sorry I didn't love it. Martini small and 15 bucks .. Wine prices crazy expensive .. Food priced like it should be in downtown . But .., would I choose it if I only had a couple days in Savannah? No

“First meal in Savannah”
Reviewed April 28, 2013

We had a great experience dining at A.Lure. My wife ordered the crab cakes for appetizer and the scallops with peas and carrots both were awesome and huge portions. I ordered the cheese plate and the seafood pasta they were both delicious. Our server, Steve, was always spot on with his timing and menu suggestions. My wife's scallops were almost the perfect temperature. They were seared perfect on one side and just needed a minute longer on the other side to be perfect for liking. All in all a wonderful dining experience.
