It's a nice park, very nice if the weather is nice and people are actually using the lawn area for activity. Expect a few panhandlers and you do have a restroom in the white building with the starbucks.

Very nice park with many people enjoying the sping day. Loved the relaxing sounds of the fountain and pretty Spanish moss swaying in the trees.
Beautiful live oaks line the sidewalks, which are wide and popular place for joggers, dog walkers and the like. We played frisbee and shared large open space with those flying kites and playing soccer.
Beautiful fountain and statues - lots of trees and open space. There is a snack bar near the center where you can buy a drink and a sandwich.
Very large park and the main park for residents of Savannah to hold most if not all of their special events.
Large white ornamental Fountain in the center is the showcase for this park and Savannah. It is one mile around the pereminter of the park.
The park was beautiful. We were staying at an Inn across the street and enjoyed watching all the activity going on. Football, yoga, excercise class and of course all the pets being walked.
