My wife and I needed a getaway so we chose Westin Savannah because of the amentities. Everything was excellent. The staff there was phenominal. Shout out to Rhonda, Holly, Edwin, and Charles for giving us special attention. We will definitely come back!

Room tip: Rooms on the south side have a spectacular view. The north side is of the golf course so you can't go wrong.

On a family weekend getaway to Savannah we stayed at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa... The staff are amazing. Monique at the front desk was great with a smile and recommendations. Mr. Charles was amazing and very courteous at the Aqua restaurant. He made our breakfast an awesome experience. We are forever grateful and will return.

We stayed one night on the way to Florida. View is amazing!! Beautiful hotel grounds and staff. Definitely will stay here again on next trip to Savannah! Wish we had time for the Sunday Jazz Brunch it looked very nice!

Stay in 2 rooms one 4 people the other 2 people the last 3 night of 2019.
The hotel was full. We had 1 days that one room was not done , We had 3 days in the 4 people room that they only left 2 large towels. We had to go to the reception to get the towels.
Not the service we used to get in Westin hotels.

We had a convention meeting first week of November 2019. The hotel is very nice and met all expectations for this class of hospitality. The issue came with no service in the room. We where there for for nights and had zero change of towels or bed makeup. We did request a room service but it never came. It ms a little thing but the return air vent in the shower was filled with dust buildup that at this level of accommodation was way below standard. The bill was above $700 but was lacking in room service.
