Juliette Gordon Low is inspirational to millions of Girl Scouts and visiting her birthplace is a "must see" for them when in Savannah. The home and its garden are from another place and time when women were not so "mainstream" in daily endeavors. Worth the trip back in time.

We saw her house and heard about it on our Trolley Tour around the city. I learned we share the same birthday and that she came from a prominant family.

If you have to choose one house tour to go on in historic Savannah, this is the one to pick. The home is beautiful, lovely decor, with so much history. You walk away with a deep appreciation for Juliette Gordon Low - a very talented & accomplished lady. Try to go on a Sunday when tour guide Joe works. He has been mentioned in previous reviews and is truly worth the rave accolades. Savannah needs to clone him!!!

We went there for the sake of my grandaughter who is now a brownie, just had to shop for her. They have a very nice gift shop there.

This is a great history tour for girl scout troops and troop leaders, whether you are traveling with the group or just going on your own. For me, it got a little dry and boring. My niece is a scout and I work with her troop during cookie season. It was interesting and I love the history, but the actual tour of the home was dry and boring. The tour guide was lackluster. The most interesting thing was the original artwork done by Juliette Gordon Low. It was amazing and gorgeous. She was a true artist.
