My wife and I always stay in the Olde Harbor Inn when we are in Savannah. The STAFF is super and they are finishing the remodeling of the Inn and it turned out great. The new furniture is very nice and very user friendly. The sofe and bed as well as the work desk are so nice. The secret weapon of the Inn is ERIKA, she keeps the place running smooth and lets Susan take care of all the business end of running this super Inn. THANKS FOR A GREAT STAY.

Room Tip: higher floors have better views of the river.

This place is kinda hard to find and parking is difficult. The staff were fantastic. Our king room(302?) had a great view of the restaurant across the street. Whoever remodeled the bathroom did a poor job. There was a kitchen with a fridge, stove and dishwasher, but virtually no utensils. 3 plates, 3 glasses and 1 spoon.ONE SPOON? C'mon now. No pots or pans. I didn't feel like cooking anyway, but why bother having a kitchen if you're not going to equip it? The breakfast was excellent and the location is great. I might try somewhere else next time.

We'd stayed in the Olde Harbour Inn several years ago and it was historic and convenient. Upon our recent visit this property has received a refreshing face lift and still hold the convenience of location. The room was super large, living space and two bedrooms. The renovation revealed sky lights, a loft area and took the previously dark and dated history to a new level. The decor was retro seventies, fresh yet still held onto the historic classic feel that Savannah is known for. Dominic the bellman was overly accommodating, delivering ice cream bars at turn down time and even ran up ahead of our vehicle to stand in a parking spot that had been recently vacated. Savannah's River Street has charm, great food, but limited parking so the location of the inn is superb because you can park an walk just about anywhere. The managers reception, also in the renovated lobby, was well attended. The lobby is unique, the front desk is a desk and sitting in a comfortable chair for check-in was a comforting novelty. Breakfast was quaint and "romantic", great food and service and again in a renovated dinning space with a view onto River Street and the river. I recommend whether a romantic weekend or family vacation this property is warm, inviting and a refreshing change to the heavy dark typical Savannah inn, but certainly preserves it's feel. Congrats to the management and renovation team, I can't wait to return.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 402, a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath, huge and renovated with a model home feel that you want to figure out how to duplicate at home! Has bedroom, kitchenette, living space and separate loft/bedrrom with TV. Beautiful hardwood floors with mini porch onto River Street and walk way onto Bay Street!

The staff was great and the setting was very enjoyable. Parking is an inconvenience. Breakfasts are quite good and the complementary wine and cheese can be very enjoyable when a few guests show up and converse. The view of the river is fascinating and the location would be hard to beat. We would not hesitate staying there again in the future. I my opinion I must admit that the layout and accommodations would not be the best match for individuals with mobility complications.

Great staff. If and when I go back to Savannah I will be staying there. Pet friendly even though I did not bring mine. :) Near a lot of activities so very convenient. The place was very comfortable. The breakfast was a step above continental and yummy. I did miss the wine socials, because I was 6 months preggers, but next time I definitely will indulge myself.

Room Tip: One of the rooms is said to be haunted in the 400s, you should try to experience that!
