Very friendly staff and very reasonable for it's prime historic district location on the river. The rooms are actually 1 bedrooms suites with a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and a living room with a river view. I would highly recommend this inn for anyone wanting a taste of history yet on a budget. They have a very good continental breakfast each morning and a nice wine and cheese reception in the evenings.

We visit Savannah about twice a year and stay here every time. Over the years, I have stayed at every major hotel in Savannah, but once I found this inn, it has become our only lodging in Savannah. The location is great, staff is very nice, view is terrific, and prices are reasonable. The breakfast and wine & cheese events are highlights.

Room Tip: It is worth the extra to get a river view.

We love staying at historic inns and B&Bs. The Olde Harbour Inn has become one of our new favorites. The staff and other guests were all very friendly. The wine and cheese gathering in the late afternoon is a great place to meet others.

The Inn is very close to a large number of restaurants. We only took the car our one of the 3 days, and that was to visit Tybee Island.

The Inn is quaint. The large beams and exposed brick walls add to the authenticity of the place. There are a few creaks as people walk around, but it is part of the experience. We would stay here again in a minute. Peter and Virginia R.

Room Tip: All rooms face the river, which is an active waterway. The boat traffic is interesting. We stayed in...

I almost hate to give this review cause this place is kinda of a hidden treasure, but here goes. First the Inn allows dogs, which is a big plus. It is located right in historic district with river views. The Inn itself is awesome. Great decor, high ceilings. The wine/cheese in the afternoon is a great time to meet other visitors. The breakfast is just great too. No ghosts in our room, but I think Hank did make an appearance at Breakfast, since he has a history of messing with the toaster I made toast for my Husband and I, and then about 15 mins later tried to make another slice and the toaster would not work. Later it started working again...mmmm. Our bellman, Thannan, was super friendly!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our short stay at this Inn. It is well located, right on the harbour. We were able to enjoy the fireworks without going outside of our room. The room was quite large with kitchenette and place to sit. Parking is close and inexpensive. Our room allowed us quick and convenient access to outside making it very convenient for taking the dog out. There is a wine and cheese get together and a help yourself breakfast, as well as an ice cream bar as an evening treat. The room furnishings were good with the exception of the sofa which sunk in the centre. The only downside for us was that the room was a bit noisy from pedestrians on the street and also squeaky floorboards from the guests upstairs.

We were delighted by the Olde Harbor Inn in Savannah. Its in a great location and the old building is just charming. Everything was above average from the room decor to the morning breakfast. The afternoon wine and cheese event was great and the friendly atmosphere turned it into a wonderful social gathering where we made many new friends. Highly recommended!!

We stayed in a 2nd floor suite (room 301) with a limited view of the river. Furnishings were good with the exception of the bed, which was way too soft and sunk in the middle.

We enjoyed the afternoon wine and cheese sessions which gave us a chance to discuss a variety of topics with the other guests. We were able to meet other vacationers from all over the midwest.

Parking is provided near your room, but space is limited. The parking pass issued allows you to park free in metered spaces all over Savanna.

Every night one of the staff turns down the bed and then puts a couple of Klondike ice cream bars in your freezer - nice touch. The kitchen is minus a stove, but does have a microwave.

It was very foggy every morning of our stay, and the early morning ships on the river made full use of their exceptionally loud fog horns. A light sleeper would probably be woken up.

Room Tip: If you "like" ghosts, ask for the room occupied by Hank.
