My husband and I recently stayed two nights at Park Ave Manor and were delighted with our first B&B experience. We stayed in the Colony Room (awesome bathtub!). Maurice and Glen are wonderful hosts. Their home is beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. There is a lovely outdoor garden area. Delicious breakfasts, elegantly presented. I would not hesitate to recommend Park Avenue Manor to my family and friends.

My sister and I just spent three days and four nights in Savannah at the Park Avenue Manor B&B.. We absolutely loved our experience. The location couldn't have been better...right at the south end of Forsyth Park, with plenty of parking to be had. The inn is decorated very tastefully, and our room was very comfortable. Maurice and Glenn were the perfect hosts, with Maurice giving us some great restaurant suggestions as well as a few things to do that we hadn't thought of...taking the free ferry over to the Weston Hotel and just watching the lights come on in Savannah. The breakfasts were very tasty, filling, and nutritious and made even more enjoyable with the excellent conversation with all the other guests. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Room Tip: I can't remember the name of our room, but it had a little sitting room off to the side that was...

Glenn & Maurice are wonderful, friendly and professional hosts, and the accommodations are beautiful and extremely comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights, and their advice and recommendations on Savannah were so helpful. Breakfasts were delightful, as they are a "family affair", and we got to meet and converse with other guests. Our room (Savannah room) was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the air-conditioning (a must in Savannah!) worked well. Location-wise, the Manor is great, as it's at the south end of Forsyth Park, and walking straight up Drayton passes all the points of interest heading towards Bay Street. All-in-all, we would be happy to return to the Park Avenue Manor next time we visit. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient, and welcoming are just a few words to describe the Park Avenue Manor in Savannah, Georgia. Maurice and Glen thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would most definitely stay here whenever traveling to Savannah.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Park Avenue Manor for three nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. Staying at a B&B is so different from staying at a hotel. You really get to know the owners and the staff. Maurice and Glenn really know how to make you feel at home. The accommodations are fabulous and we had no complaints. They have thought of everything possible to make your visit memorable. We stayed in the Robert E. Lee room, which is in the front of the house. The bed was comfortable, the linens were first rate, and each room has central air with its own thermostat! Each morning breakfast was served at the dining room table. The food was excellent and each morning we got to meet "new friends." It was so enjoyable spending time with our new friends and hearing about their lives and also getting some great tips about what to do and see in Savannah. Maurice and Glenn emphasized that they were available 24/7 if we ever needed anything. They suggested some wonderful restaurants and gave us some good tips for sightseeing. We truly enjoyed staying at the Park Avenue Manor and want to once again thank Maurice and Glenn for their hospitality.

A friend and I spent three very relaxing nights at the Park Avenue Manor and felt like we came away with two new friends in Maurice and Glenn. The whole Manor and our room were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. They have already thought of all the extras you may need or want. Looked forward to the delicious breakfast foods each morning, getting to visit with the other guests and the brownies and sherry waiting for us when we returned from our adventures. A great location for enjoying Forsyth Park or catching transportation for tours.

Wonderful place to stay. The owners are very gracious and are wonderful hosts. The food is excellent and the guests are lovely and interesting! Very nice time had by all, thanks to the suggestions for restaurants and excursions that the proprietors offered. Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Only one suite on the first floor, can sleep 3 as it has 2 bedrooms.
