A beautiful temple on a beautiful square! The second oldest Jewish synagogue in the US, founded in 1733 (not the building, but the congregation), this is a perfect building to house such a historical "family". A very nice gift shop with helpful staff. Did not attend a service as I am not Jewish but a definite place of worship for visitors who happen to be.
