Located adjacent to the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, this is a nice place to stop and relax. We saw flower petals in the grass, and our walking tour guide told us that marriages are performed here regularly!
One thing to note: During a break with a frozen coffee on a bench, my husband and I were approached by a man asking us if we could help him out by getting him something to eat. We offered to take him to Clary's Café up the road (where we had had lunch that day). However, when we entered, the woman working the register told us that he did this all the time and they had asked him to stop. She told us she wasn't sure that he was even homeless. This isn't to say that you shouldn't offer, but it's something to be aware of since we got unexpectedly cornered!
