This is what people will appreciate because they are in the area for fun at the beach, and nowhere near the big city.

“This is neither the Beach or an Institute”

This is one of the few things in the vaunted historic district with an African American history that isn't painful to remember, but there's nothing going on here and nothing to see unless there's a special showing of some sort, and that's rare.
