We stayed at the Lodge, room was a bit dated but big and well appointed. Our room and our friends' room had some water issues- that were immediatley addressed , the Staff is outstanding. We went on one of the last weekends of ski season- and condtions were not ideal. There is only a few hills and one lift. The ski resort is ideal for beginners- and that's about it. Let's put it this way- we live in Ohio and our skiing is better. The hotel itself is huge with lots of activities - however many of them involve extra fees. The huge kid complex on the property is a short bus ride away- kids uner 10 will love it- over that they might find it a little boring- be ready to dish out the cash there. Overall this resort is for people with lots of extra cash- probablly better to visit in the warmer months when you can walk the grounds, see the animals and use the beautiful outdoor pool.
