We were picked up at airport Jan. 10, and taken to BW for next day trip to port. Jan 30 picked at port and returned back to airport. All done smoothly. Our driver from pier to airport is the best. It was our third trip with him and always most pleasant, making us feel most welcome. Thank you for excellent service throughout. This was a cruise vacation

KD Elite was very smooth to use. We stayed at a BestWestern in Baltimore and KD showed up on time both at the hotel and when our cruise was over. It was very well organized by their staff. Driver was courteous and attentive. Vehicle was in good condition. Couldn't ask for more.

It was very confusing at the beginning as the girl did not
know what she was doing and we had the later shuttle and she put us on the earlier one
Coming back from the Port was amazing as we walked outside the Van was waiting for us.
That was perfect, right back to the parking lot in no time.
